The beautiful room is completely private, featuring seasonally driven Australian cuisine and discreet service for intimate celebrations, anniversaries, corporate dining and birthday dinners.

  • Executive head chef Peter Doyle is renowned for his trademark contemporary Australian food, which is uncluttered, seasonally driven and executed with French-influenced precision.

  • Celebratory cakes available.

  • In-house pastry chef. 

  • The Dinner Private Dining Menu is $150pp. The Lunch Private Dining Menu is $95pp for 2 courses or $115pp for 3 courses. All include sides, tea, coffee and petit fours.

  • In-house visual styling and florist team available.

  • No hire fee for the Private Dining Room. Beverages are charged on consumption. 

  • Several bars in the Establishment complex for pre or post dining drinks, including Palmer & Co, Tank Stream Bar and Hemmesphere.
